The years that I have worked with horses have involved, Horse Management and welfare, Teaching Lessons, Schooling and Breaking Horses. I have worked with many types of horses which include Point–Pointers.
I had a career break from horses and moved into the public sector for a decade, during this period, horses remained a constant part of my life.
In 2012 I began to study in order to re-train and work back in the Equine Industry, using the BHS Stages as a stepping stone to complete a two year course, which led to qualifying in ICAT Equine Sports Massage in September 2014, with distinction.
Born into Horses, the daughter of a Registered Farrier, Horses have been steadfast throughout my life, and they will continue to be. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and continue to learn as horses are the greatest teachers, I have particular interest in horse’s welfare and composition both physically and mentally, I have a drive to ensure that all horses are afforded longevity and good health throughout their lives, regardless of their discipline.
I have now furthered my knowledge and qualifications by completing a further 2 year course in musculoskeletal realignment, in August 2017 I qualified as a Mctimoney-Corley skeletal therapist. I am now able to realign manipulate muscles and bones.
YOUR HORSE DOESN’T NEED TO BE IN PAIN OR SHOWING SOME LAMENESS OR INJURY TO RECEIVE A MASSAGE, MASSAGES CAN PREVENT INJURY AS WELL AS PROMOTE HEALING, AND WELL-BEING. Emma
